Alejandra also known as “Ale” is the Bilingual Program Coordinator from the Supportive Housing Program. Knowing a second language is such an important asset here in Home of the Sparrow, Ale specializes in assisting the community who’s only native language is Spanish. Prior to joining the team, Ale brought a total of 3 years of previous experience and knowledge from a partner nonprofit agency from where she assisted individuals and families in the Southern end of Chester County with advocating on their behalf, serving as a liaison, interpreting when needed and connecting them with resources all around Chester County.
Ale believes that developing strong relationships and trust are the two most effective ways for succeeding and achieving goals with the families she serves, however, this belief is not only for her professional environment, she also takes it as a person for her daily life.
Ale is a mother of 2 children, one is soon to be a teenager and the other is a soon to be toddler, which means that they both surely keep her busy. When outside of the workplace you can find her spending quality time with her family as she enjoys being outdoors.
