Home of the Sparrow receives competitive PHARE funding
We are thrilled to announce that we are receiving $190.000 in PHARE funding. The Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement Fund (PHARE) has been established in 2010 and the selection process is extremely competitive. We are proud to be one of three recipients in Chester County.
What will the PHARE funds do?
We will use PHARE funds to provide sustainable housing solutions and homelessness prevention resources. In addition, we are providing comprehensive trauma-informed case management to vulnerable populations in our community. Programming will include services to justice-involved women re-entering society, their children, and women ages 55 and older.
